The "Apple Jungle” smoothie is bursting with health boosting nutrients such as vitamins C and K, folic acid  and potassium.  This apple and berry booster is also packed full of fibre to help us get through life in the urban jungle too!

Method (per 250g)

  • Cut solid ingredients into chunks and place into smoothie maker.
