  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Dressing

  • 1tpsn of miso
  • 1tspn ginger paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1tbs sesame oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
